Jolene Wolford, RN

Jolene always respects, listens, and demonstrates an example of kindness with her patients. She goes above and beyond to meet their needs. She is very considerate and does not hesitate to assist the CNAs with patient care. Jolene is very dependable, dedicated, and hard-working. She always has a smile and kind words for everyone.

In her work with the geriatric psychiatric population, her patients need frequent redirection, as they repeat the same questions over and over. She remains calm and reassuring with them. It is amazing to watch her in action. Her redirection skills are top-notch! She is in tune with all the patient needs in the department. She will search the hospital over to find supplies to meet the needs of her patients. She is just as passionate about taking care of her coworkers. She will always lend a helping hand, often before we can ask for help. She makes sure everyone takes time for lunch and breaks if needed. She has even been known to cook and bring in lunch for her team. She is the best!
