Upon my arrival to Wellstone, Jonathan was the first person that I encountered. He processed me into the facility. Needless to say, I was in a very dark place at that moment. My first time experiencing this kind of environment and not knowing what to expect or what kind of people I was going to have to deal with or even how they would treat me.
Jonathan handled my situation very professionally with a great attitude and was very informative on how things went and what to expect. My sister was the one who brought me to the facility, and he answered all of her concerns. See, when a person is broken and well kind of wary of what is going to happen to them or even never been in this kind of setting, it is a very big relief when someone treats you with a kind and understanding attitude. He made my transition a peaceful one.
I am so thankful for Wellstone because you guys really made a difference in my life and got me back on track. But I really would like to give Jonathan a special thank you for his patience compassion and for being so informative. Hope he keeps up the good work cause he is a great example of how one should be.
