My mom had an AVM craniotomy and was in rough shape. Jose was her day nurse for about 4 days, and I can't say enough good things about him! In this truly terrifying time, he was so patient and thoughtful to my mom’s needs. He was completely honest with our family every step of the way, but also communicated to us with grace, compassion, and empathy. Lastly, he listened to my mom but also pushed her when she needed to sit up, stand up and walk around. We appreciate Jose so much! I truly hope he gets this award as he deserves every bit of it.
