My husband has been here for a week and we have had most of the nurses on this floor attending to him at one time or another. My grown children and I have been most impressed by Joseph. He is very professional and always respectful to my husband, calling him sir and being very patient with him, as it is very difficult for him to speak and/or move. When we ask Joseph a question, he answers us fully but always includes my husband in his responses, never talking about him as if he were not in the room. He also explains to him everything he is going to do whenever he comes into the room. This is reassuring to us since we are not familiar with medical procedures. He is willing, upbeat, dedicated, and personable.
