He is the best.  He would be a great support to your nurses!  You need to hire him full-time!  What a team member!  When he came into my room his presence was known.  There was a gentle giant there with me who has the intelligence to carry me through my difficult time.  His confidence, smile, and gentle hand made me feel SO AT PEACE.  When you are in the hospital and no one can visit it is very lonely.  He would just come by my window or stop in to check on me often.  He would take time to talk to me and not rush through my room.  His voice was also very calming as was his demeanor.  He talked family with me.  I told him about my family, and he told me about his.  So, so enjoyable!  He was like having an angel from God in the flesh to help me through my tough time. 

On top of how wonderful he was to me, I could hear him in the hallways helping and encouraging the other nurses.  Always willing to help them out and at this time I believe he is the “travel nurse”.  So he’s not even in his own hospital.  He cares about the culture of his team.  You hardly ever find this in hospitals.  His professionalism and knowledge made me feel safe.  His respect for me and the others around us made me feel so humble.  We could all learn some life lessons from him! I truly believe he could run that floor!  He would be an awesome leader to have for his knowledge, humility, respect, kindness, gentleness, and on & on.  He is a great encourager to all.  He made all the difference in my hospital stay.  I felt like he knew my name and that I wasn’t just the lady in a room.  I felt like someone in my family was there with me. He really was my angel and a true DAISY Nurse.  Thank You!
