I went in for a Right Lung Biopsy. Josephine explained to me and my wife what was done and how recovery goes. She checked on me and my wife (explained to my wife what to look for - any bleeding, heart rate, etc). Josephine made sure we were both comfortable. She even bought me a sandwich because I was starving. She went above and beyond taking care of me, we need more nurses like Josephine, professional and caring.
