Josephine was so welcoming and sweet. I had a great day first day! Then Josephine was signed to me again. This woman mazes me more and more! She allowed me to talk when my life trauma went into a hyperdrive downward spiral. I cry every time I tell it. She remained strong and gave solid life advice. I’ll be forever grateful to her. She reminded me there’s only one race. The human race! She also added be patient. I struggle with this I’m go getter I make things happen right away. Josephine is very smart and wise. She is a great listener and talker, and she has a wisdom share, which makes her a teaching nurse; bravo!

Josephine is such a kind woman. She showed immediate concern for my reckless actions and this helped me see a different perspective. She kept me on track, even at times when the  tracks felt more on top of me. She encouraged me to take the muscle relaxer medication that she knew would help me. On top of it all, she had some insightful talking points for me, she was empathetic and easy to get along with.
