Having worked in the medical field for 40 years, and seeing many fellow employees, one can tell an employee who is knowledgeable, knows their craft, polite and makes you feel as if you, in my case my husband, was the most important client he has ever had. Josiah Albert, is such an employee! This is not saying your other staff that I have come in contact with are not knowledgeable; but Josiah Albert goes above and beyond what is expected of him.
