An ICU Nurse by the name of Jovonda provided most of the care to my son, B, during his hospitalization. I saw and felt her connection to my son and the motherly-like attention she provided put me at great ease. She treated and made us feel as if we were a part of her family, explaining and clarifying every detail of care and concerns for the betterment of my son's health.
Nurse Jovonda is an exceptional nurse - the type of nurse that any patient would love to have. Her practice of patient care is what every parent would want their child to be treated with and she embodies what a model nurse should be by exhibiting the mission and values of the hospital and being passionate about patient care.
