Ms. Lumpkin was assigned to cover Pink Clinic and has been a joy to work with. It is always difficult to be pulled to cover a different clinic, but she did an awesome job. She was cheerful, very helpful to me as a provider, respectful to staff and veterans, and thorough in all her nursing duties. She displayed the best qualities of a professional nurse. Every time I visit the clinic Joyce always greets me with kind words and smiles. She also provides me with supportive documentation to help facilitate my healthcare. Having no medical or healthcare background, her information keeps me educated.

Although I was a walk-in for a COVID booster, she managed my care professionally, thoroughly, and efficiently. She made me feel respected and I feel she truly cared about my health. She is a model nurse for others to emulate. Kudos to her!
