Jubeth Arriesgado, RN

Jubeth is one of our newer nurses in the unit, and she has already made an impact on the patients and the unit. She is passionate, caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to her patients. Recently, Jubeth received a patient who desperately needed medical attention. Jubeth took the time to talk to the patient and explain what the patient had been through the past few days. Jubeth informed the patient that she would continue praying for them and hope they succeed on their healing journey. Jubeth even wrote the patient a note and placed it in the room. Before Jubeth went home at the end of her shift, she read the note to the patient, and instantly, they started crying. Jubeth reassured them to take care of themselves and said she would continue to pray. The patient was touched by this gesture, which shows the impact the small gestures make in these patients. Jubeth told the patient it was a pleasure caring for them, and patients like this made her feel very rewarded.
