Judy (Jiyoung) Shin, RN, BSN, CCRN

I am so very thankful that Judy was my Fiance’s nurse. I was so scared and so afraid he wasn’t going to make it. Judy explained the process to me so kindly and was extremely knowledgeable. I was so relieved and thankful that she was his nurse. She gave me hope and reassured me. I’m an RN as well, so I know what it takes, and she is the best. She takes care of the family and the patient as she would her own family. That’s the way I took care of my patients too. The main point of the explanation of the nursing process and giving me hope. I can’t say enough about her!

Judy was very helpful and patient with us through this difficult time, which was the first and hopefully the last time at this hospital under the circumstances. Most of all with my daughter, they made her comfortable and safe. Thank you, Judy.
