Being new to newborn babies and having no experience, I had about 1,000 questions with no end in sight. Mrs. Julia filled her position to a "T" and went above and beyond to answer every question and help reassure us about our abilities as new parents. Every answer she gave, just made us that much better/ready to be parents. Before we met Mrs. Julia, I was extremely overwhelmed with everything that was happening. She was truly a blessing sent to our room. In my opinion, if every nurse acted with the professionalism, commitment, and excitement to teach as Mrs. Julia has demonstrated to us, this world would be full of happy parents and babies! Words cannot describe Julia's actions. She sent me home a better man, person, and daddy. It was a blessing to have her guide us on this amazing journey to parenthood!
