Julie was the most compassionate nurse that I have ever experienced in any of my times staying at Mercy. She was so polite, she took her time with me, made sure I understood what she was telling me, and listened to my concerns. She didn't ever act rushed, although I know that she was a busy young lady tending to others besides me. She treated me like every patient wishes to be treated—like a human being, not just a room number, all while still remaining professional. Nobody wants to be in the hospital, but Julie, the angel that she is, made my stay pleasant. Thank you Julie Adams for who you are and what you do! You're the best!
