I have been in the hospital quite a lot, and I've experienced many wonderful nurses, but Julie is simply the most caring person I have ever met. She brought me warm blankets and the cutest stuffed animal I've ever seen, caught me when I started to faint and advocated for me when things weren't going so well. My visit was unfortunately pretty stressful, but she was able to make me smile even when I had tears running down my face and I was in lots of pain. That meant so much me. I felt, at the time, like no one else understood or cared, but she made such a giant difference in my attitude. Julie helped my parents and me gain some hope and faith back. Honestly, don't think I could've handled my visit without her support. I'm sixteen and have wanted to be a nurse or involved in medical care as a career for awhile now. So if I do become a nurse I hope that someday I can be as loving, smart, strong and as incredible of a caretaker as Julie is.
