Juliet Lusted, RN

Juliet as a new band 7 has worked tirelessly to ensure the safe and effective introduction of the new Adult Community Nursing single point of access team. This has included inducting a number of new starters and supporting a team who have gone through a consultation, restructuring, and change. She is conscientious and works above and beyond to maintain the quality of the service and staff wellbeing. Where there have been difficult times, she has remained resilient, compassionate, and innovative in her approach to identifying ways to improve the service. She is an amazing nurse, and we would not be where we are with the new team without her leadership.
