Justice was my mom’s nurse on Street 4 when she was admitted into the hospital. Justice had the greatest level of compassion and dignity which she carried over to my mother. My mother can be a difficult patient. She is very old-fashioned, but Justice was able to get through that shell, and she made my mom’s last few days memorable. Justice had such great compassion and care not only for my mom but also for us family members who were in and out all the time. She made sure my mom was always comfortable, and that she had what she needed or wanted for those two days, she was there. She even ensured her transfer to the hospice house was comfortable and sufficient. Justice, you have a heart of gold, and it shows through the care you provide to your patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my mom. I hope you continue to work as a nurse in this way. It shows how much you love your job.
