Kaila Turco Schuster, RN, BSN

Kaila was very nice to my daughter during her (procedure). Kaila would bring a cheesecake for my daughter and me while we were inpatient for extended stays. One day, my daughter took a turn for the worse. Kaila came into the room to say goodbye and stayed the rest of the night as support to our family and even stepped up and helped the nurses and staff in different moments. Knowing Kaila was in the room made having to leave the room easier for our family. Kaila touched our family in a moment when we didn’t know what we needed or what to ask for. She went above and beyond anything we could ask for just by being herself. Kaila worked all day and yet stayed with our family until around midnight. She did so much for our family in the moments when we didn’t even know what we needed. 10E has the best staff!!
