My mother was a patient several times over the last year at St. Vincent's Riverside. We formed such an amazing bond with the nurses on 5North dayshift. My mother recently passed away and I just couldn't get my mind off of how much I appreciate these girls after we could no longer receive care and had to put her in community hospice. They still stayed in touch and saw her on their own time as she entered hospice. The care they provided was absolutely amazing. I just can't say enough about the compassion these girls gave my mother and me during each of her stays. They always went above and beyond for me as well.
