Kaitlyn was a perfect nurse. She always came promptly whenever called and had a cheery disposition. She talked loud and clear for my mother, the patient, who has only one good ear. She was always willing to go out of her way to make my mother comfortable and always asked if there was anything else she needed or wanted. Kaitlyn was always gentle and kind. She was respectful and very knowledgeable. If she had to relay something to a doctor, she did it right away. My mother feels blessed to be attended to by such a gifted, qualified nurse. Kaitlyn went above and beyond the call of duty. She never had an "attitude" with my mother, even when asked many questions several times over. She was able to comfort my mother in times of anxiety. She seems to have a special gift when attending to her patients. My mother is very grateful for the compassion and love which Kaitlyn expressed. It made all the difference in the recovery of my mother, which is coming along nicely.
