Kaley Casper, RN

Kaley was very professional. She has a calmness about her that makes a stressful situation less stressful. She fully explained the heart cath procedure. She listened and assisted with ensuring my husband’s anxiety was addressed and able to get through the tests. She also was willing to accommodate our situation, while our daughter was admitted. Unfortunately, the plan couldn’t follow through due to our daughter being COVID+. Kaley’s willingness to check with her leadership and help bring an even more stressful situation to a solution was very appreciated. Overall, Kaley’s professionalism and work ethic was noticed. We want to recognize that her efforts were appreciated. She is a dedicated nurse and LRH is lucky to have her on their staff
