Kara Schnoor, BSN, RN

Kara was recognized for two recent events. The first was involving a patient who needed oxygen and needed to be able to stay home to care for their significant other. Kara worked with another ED RN to obtain the oxygen needed and kept the significant other waiting in the car updated. The second: Kara was a primary nurse for a critical patient in the ED, keeping the wife updated as she was coming from their residence several hours away. Kara provided exceptional care to the patient and emotional support to the wife as well. The wife later stated "God put you right where you needed to be yesterday".
