Karen was extremely welcoming from the time she stepped into the room. She immediately went over to our father and introduce herself, touching him and we saw that his face right away relaxed. It was like an angel had stepped into the room. During this time of COVID, our entire family wasn't allowed in the room, but Karen called us several times during the shift and kept us updated. When he passed we were all on the phone with him. Karen explained the whole death process and put our minds at rest knowing that he wasn't suffering or alone. We can't thank Karen enough.
