Karen R Merkle, RN

This is my first hospitalization ever in my life. I was very nervous. Ms. Karen was able to explain to me that my heart is not doing so well, and this is only a safety precaution. She made me feel at ease and safe. Ms. Karen explained each new drug and procedure to me. She also took the time to explain what was going on to my wife, answered all her questions, and gave her peace of mind. Ms. Karen is a real nurse in my book. She is very professional, knowledgeable in her work, and very caring. Her actions show it. Thank you so much for being my nurse.
