Karen Ross, RN

Karen, RN is so friendly while providing phenomenal care. She was sure to take the history to ensure no changes or concerns with health were present. Karen took every step to ensure comfort. Karen treated my husband as a “person,” which is very important. We are not numbers or treatments. Karen ensured that although she provided treatment/healthcare, she did it with the care of us as individuals as well as a couple. We have been married 37 years, so my husband and I are One. Karen recognized that, respected it, and treated us. We are grateful and respect her. I hope she always receives the recognition she deserves.
