This had to be one of the busiest nights ever. After a 2.5 hour wait, we were brought to the "fast track" room by Karla. She tended to one other patient before us. But when she got to us she had a smile and friendly demeanor - even after all of the patients she saw! She listened attentively and was great with my 7-year-old. Awesome! Great bedside manner and didn't make me feel like another "cow in the herd". She took her time and listened to my concerns and took care of my son. Loved this visit.
