Karolina has been so extremely helpful and patient as my husband recovers from a spinal injury that has paralyzed him from the waist down. As a result, he also had to get a colostomy. I have so many questions about care and the processes required to care for him. My husband is a former dentist and he has specific questions too. Karolina always takes the time to provide detailed information. She never becomes impatient with our constant needs and always proactively checks on us which is so comforting. She takes the time to teach me how to change his ostomy pouch and recommends other solutions to make this dramatic life change easier.
