My mother-in-law was brought into the Emergency Room by ambulance and she was taken care of by Kate Lennard, RN. Kate was so great while taking care of my mother-in-law. She took her time asking her questions, knowing it would take a minute or two for her response. She wanted to see how much she remembered. Kate did everything and beyond to make sure that she had everything and was comfortable.
Kate explained all the tests to her and what they were for and why she was having them. She really is an amazing nurse and she really cares about her patients. She takes her time and listens to the patient and makes sure the patient is comfortable and tries to lower the anxiety level. My mother-in-law thought she was great and was very comfortable with her.
