Katharine, who goes by Katie, went above and beyond for a patient of mine. My patient has very minimal belongings, which were located at a previous facility he was at. We were told that they could not transport his belongings and that he did not have any family members who could get them for him. Katie kindly offered to pick up his belongings 30 minutes away from town on her day off to come bring them to him. While I was preparing to get a patient, Katie took over all phone calls regarding my patient's belongings. After several phone calls, my patient's belongings were returned to him. Katie manages to be charge of the unit while leaving no stone unturned, no matter how big or small the task is.
