I came in with my elderly mom. Katherine is an excellent nurse. She provided quality care. She explained each step of care in a manner that my mom could understand. She treated her with dignity. She made sure I was comfortable by finding a recliner and warm blanket for our stay. We had to stay all night in the ER to wait for a bed upstairs. She made the night wait comfortable. She kept us informed and updated on the admission process. We never felt abandoned or uninformed.
