Recently, I was a patient in the neurosurgery department. I was nervous to find out that my diagnosis would lead to surgery, but was impressed by the incredible team - one of them being Kat Teske, LPN.
Right from the start, Kat made my husband and I feel confident proceeding with surgery. She was patient, kind, and eager to help in any way she could to support us.
Her care didn't end with an initial visit. She followed up on any questions I had and helped me move ahead with insurance. In a world where everyone is busy, Kat made me feel like the most important person, and I know she was very busy.
