Kathy took care of us and I mean all of us, not just my dad. Both nights we were on hospice care. We appreciated her quiet and confident demeanor right away. She listened well and put us right at ease. The next night as her name was being written on the board, we cheered with relief that we would be in her care again. As it turned out dad passed away about 3 ½ hours after she arrived. Her guidance through the entire process was solid, genuine and compassionate. As we were leaving the room for the last time, Kathy put her hand on my mom's shoulder looked her in the eye and said, "I will be very gentle with him" and then gave her a hug. That reassurance meant the world to my mom as she said goodbye to her husband of 66 years. Thank you, Kathy.
