This hospital has the best staff ever! I took my wife into the ER early this morning for severe abdominal pain, and it turned out that she needed her gall bladder removed. She was able to get scheduled for that day. The nurses were so helpful, and we never waited more than 60 seconds for a nurse to come into the room after hitting the call light. The charge nurse took time to go over any questions and really educate us on what was going to happen. When Kathy discovered that it was my wife's birthday, the nursesall pitched in to get her a balloon with a teddy bear and a gift card, and three of them came in to sing Happy Birthday to her. My wife was crying and felt so loved and appreciated. She and I both knew and felt that we were in good hands. Thank you Timp.

We had the family member of an ED patient call to compliment Kathy in the ED from earlier in the day when his mother was seen here. He gave highest compliments to Kathy for being kind, helpful, and patient with his mother when she had trouble making it to the bathroom. He said how all of the other staff were great as well.
