My husband endured 47 days in MSICU before his passing. After a difficult conversation between the physician and family, Kathy took it upon herself to be an advocate for my husband. She went above and beyond to look out for my husband's best interests. She is one of the best nurses in MSICU and very concerned for the well-being of her patients and their families. Kathy is very deserving of the DAISY Award.
