Katie Alberico, RN

I attended an appointment with my friend. My friend is expecting a child in July. She is from Angola and speaks Portuguese. Katie did a wonderful job connecting with the family by asking them questions and really listening to their needs. Katie connected my friend with several resources. When my friend and I left the appointment, she looked at me with a big smile on her face! I asked her if she felt better about giving birth and with a big smile, stated yes. Katie made a huge difference in that family's life by taking the time, listening, and making sure they understood everything before they left.
