I feel that my nurse, Katie, went above and beyond the day I came in with my right foot pain. This was turning into my 4th visit in a month for the symptoms. The last three times I went to another ED. Katie listened to what I had to say and that I was concerned that it might not be the diagnosis from the last three visits at a different ER. The doctor and Katie found another problem and it wasn't the same diagnosis as before. Katie, I feel is truly concerned with all her patients' comfort and always wants her patients to have a great experience and be as comfortable as they can be when in the greatest times of need. I feel she goes above and beyond her normal job duties to make sure all her patients are comfortable in their time of need. My nurse, Katie, is a true DAISY Nurse.
