Kayla Proctor, RN

I cannot say enough about Kayla. In one of the scariest experiences of my life, she has been an angel. She explains everything I ask, and is so incredibly kind, asking if I need anything, and if I'm ok. I'm not even the patient, I'm the wife of her patient. As for the care she gives my husband, it is truly amazing. Never is she rough or short with him, she takes her time, every single time she steps in the room. She explains things, and makes him comfortable. Never gets annoyed when the call light is pushed multiple times in a row. She listens to him, she listens to me, and never do you feel blown off, she actively listens. I honestly don't know how we would get through this without her during these critical and terrifying post-op days. Thank you, is truly just not enough. I do not know how I could ever repay her for her care and kindness.
