Kayla Tu, RN

Kayla works nights and has 2 small kids. However, she is able to go the extra mile and works extra shifts to help her night shift crew when they are short. Even when she is sick she apologizes that she is unable to help her fellow nurses. I always get positive feedback from patients about her ability to provide great bedside care. Day shift nurses always appreciate receiving report from her because she always makes sure her patients are taken care off, so it would be a stress-free report and hand-off.
