Keara O'Shaughnessy

Keara has been a strong leader in her cohort from the beginning. She has shown nothing but kindness, compassion, and genuine love for her peers and classmates. It is difficult to specify one particular situation, but if I had to choose, I would say it was during the simulation session. One of our classmates was being talked down by other classmates for forgetting his stethoscope. Without hesitation, Keara reached out and handed her stethoscope to our classmate. After simulation, she found said classmate and made sure he was okay and truly cared to help make him feel better and provide support to him.
