Both Nurse Keith and Dr. S did a phenomenal job together with my mom and me to support my dad through Hospice. They gave us the confidence we could do it, and when times were rough a new plan was made. We never hesitated to call them or ask for help. You made us feel comfortable to reach out. It was a true blessing to bring him home, and hospice does a great job to allow that. Nurse Keith always listened to us and never got flustered or “annoyed” by all the requests. We truly appreciate the hard work it takes to set up all things necessary, it’s a team of people and we thank you. Keep up the great work! Blessed to have cared for my father in his last days!
