Last night I had a critically ill patient and on top of that an ER admission. I was feeling overwhelmed, wanting to provide the most safe and best care but feeling I couldn't. Kelli was my saving grace. She cheerfully and eagerly rushed to help me, drawing labs, checking on my patient (and me!) and helping to pass meds or whatever else I needed. It made me feel incredibly supported and relieved that I work with such a great team. In stressful times like this I'm proud to work with such an amazing coworker who selflessly assisted and helped ease my load. Hope to return the favor one day!
