Kellie brings a caring, positive approach to work every day and exemplifies our FOCUS values. She treats co-workers and patients with equal compassion. She is able to treat everyone individually and is concerned about the best outcome for everyone, every time. This includes patients, coworkers, vendors, and even providers. She does the little things which mean a lot but could easily be overlooked. Several patients every day will take the time to offer praise for Kellie and tell me how much they appreciate her. On the occasion she has not been available to room someone, patients have specifically requested to visit with her before they leave. There has also been improved harmony among the office staff as she sets an example as well as offers emotional support to other staff members. She refuses to be negative. I am not sure how she does it, however, Kellie is outstanding in the non-technical part of nursing, and this is truly making a difference in the clinic.
