A patient was brought into the resus bay after being unresponsive. The patient was announced to be a DNR and their family was about an hour away. Kelly was at this patient’s bedside holding their hand and rubbing their head to provide comfort during this time, Kelly stated that ‘Nobody should die alone.’ This deserves to be recognized. Sometimes in resus it’s very hard to not rush things and Kelly was very kind and patient. She reminded everyone that it’s okay to take a moment
