Kelly Holder is one of the finest examples of a caring, compassionate, competent, clinical nurse I have ever seen. While handling a busy clinic and managing several different subsets of patient workups and authorizations she always has time to cheerfully hold patients' hands, help them get in and out of the clinic, and help with unexpected mishaps. The latest example was helping an elderly woman clean up after an unfortunate accident in the hallway. She discretely helped the patient to the restroom and cleaned her up, helped her into some clean scrubs, and helped her to her car. Over and above the call of duty and done so well. She is a compassionate professional!
