My daughter J was injured in a freak accident in gym class on the 25th of October. She was taken by ambulance to your hospital and admitted with a concussion and sent upstairs for observation. Her nurse Kelly McGill, an angel sent by God, was in to perform her initial assessment on J and found that her right eye was not moving properly. She was quick acting and compassionate and because of that J is recovering today from a repair of an orbital fracture with muscle entrapment. I cannot express enough how truly grateful I am for Kelly's assessment of my daughter. She saved her eye muscle from dying that night. She is a true hero and deserves recognition. Not only did she take EXCELLENT care of my daughter, but she was so kind and compassionate to me during a very scary time. Our family will be forever grateful for her and her expertise.
