From the moment I was in my room, it was clear to my wellness was a priority to Kelly. Even if that meant she was a "scrooge" by not giving me pain meds till my blood pressure rose after surgery!
She has a lot of patients but never made me feel like a number and wasn't too busy to help me with everything after spinal fusion surgery. She answered or explained my questions or concerns or found the medical professionals who could answer.
Kelly is dedicated to her profession and patients are her priority. That is clear!

Kelly through the kindness of her heart took the time to go in my records from Hartford Hospital to see what they have done in the past. I appreciate her and the other young lady for going out of their way to relate the doctors with information and thank you so much for cheering me up.

Kelly never gave up on me even when I wanted to. She was very compassionate and caring. It made me realize that talking to someone with the things I've been through is not a bad thing.
