Having your child in the hospital is never an easy task. Having to put all your trust into someone to care for your child as parents is even harder. Kelsey put this fear to rest. As a mother, I didn't want to leave my son while he was here. I, like most parents, was afraid. Kelsey quickly put my mind at ease. I could tell she truly cared about my son. She would hold him when upset and play with him while he was awake. We were so lucky to have her two days in a row.
It got to the point that when we changed floors, so, therefore, nurses, my son got upset when Kelsey left the room. To see that is more than I can describe. Not only was she amazing to my son but to me and my husband as well. She made sure to always include us in making decisions with our son, and always making sure we were involved during rounds. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Kelsey for loving him and putting our minds to rest.
