I came in with a deer in the headlight look. I was so scared because of previous experiences. This nurse gave me her full attention for the day. Kelsey calmed me down and helped me overcome my anxiety. She set things up with the doctor and basically held my hand. I will never forget her thoughtfulness. She has true compassion for her patients. This job is definitely her calling.
