Kelvin was extremely personable, he spoke with every one of my guests/family members with dignity and respect. He also had the best technique for changing my bandages. He took his time and extra care by using a Q-tip and slowly guiding the gauze while packing the wound be sure that he did not inflict more pain than I was experiencing. It was because of his caring skill and technique that I requested Kelvin each time I needed the dressings changed. Kaiser is extremely lucky to have Kelvin on their team. I hope that other nurses will have an opportunity to witness Kelvin's expertise in caring.
