Kendale is a new grad nurse who has shown a real drive and enthusiasm to be an ER Nurse. She has really been an asset to our team and continues to grow and excel as a nurse. We had a really exhausting and extremely busy day with some critical patients. Kendale jumped right in assisting Dr. B with a chest tube. It would have only been apparent that it was her first time by her stating that. She was also moving patients to the floor and doing tasks that mostwould wait for the tech to do. Everyone was busy and it makes such a difference when we have a team player who shows up and is ready to go above and beyond.
